Building Good Men
Developing Positive Relationships
Developing respectful, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligent young men is essential, which is why building positive relationships with girls’ schools is a integral part of the Christ Church journey. One of the key reasons for fostering these strong, respectful connections is to prepare students for life beyond school. Whether at university, in the workplace, or within the wider community, they will encounter countless opportunities to interact, collaborate, and form meaningful relationships with people of all genders. By learning to engage positively and confidently with girls now, our students develop the interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and attitudes that will serve them throughout their lives.

Healthy Masculinity
A key part of growing up is learning how to express yourself with confidence, empathy, and respect. By working alongside females in academic, cultural, and social settings, students gain valuable experience in:
- Listening and communicating effectively
- Understanding different perspectives
- Breaking down harmful gender stereotypes
- Learning that strength includes kindness, respect, and emotional awareness
These lessons help challenge outdated ideas of masculinity, replacing them with values based on respect, cooperation, and integrity.
