The Gap Year Program is designed to allow young people to live and work in the community at Christ Church Grammar School and gain experiences of Australian life.

Successful candidates become part of a department and assist in the academic and co-curricular program, working at least 38 hours per week which includes assisting in school functions and events.

Accommodation and meals are provided and use of school facilities is included – pool, weights room, gymnasium etc.
