Christ Church Grammar School employs approximately 350 staff, comprising teachers and support staff, education assistants, nurses, boarding house staff, administrative staff and grounds/maintenance staff.

Why a Boys' School?
The School provides a unique environment specifically designed for boys. Teachers foster academic and personal growth by allowing them to explore their personalities and potential freely, build relationships, develop emotional literacy and discover a positive and contemporary sense of masculinity. Our specifically designed pedagogy, from Pre-Kingergarten to Year 12, includes the way teachers, parents, students and school leaders work together to motivate boys to achieve their very best.
